TERMS OF USE

These terms govern your use of LimiLetter, operated by Heise Meadows LLC ("LimiLetter," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

License to use LimiLetter

We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use LimiLetter for lawful entertainment. LimiLetter's software, design, artwork, branding, and original content remain owned by their respective owners. Third-party data and software are governed by the notices on our Licenses page.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, use automated means that burden the service, access another person's account, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, or use LimiLetter unlawfully.

Service changes and accounts

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, reset rankings or progress when game data changes, and restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. You may stop using LimiLetter at any time and request account deletion.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LimiLetter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this paragraph may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heise Meadows LLC and LimiLetter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes nonwaivable.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live continue to apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Continued use after revised terms become effective means you accept them. Questions or dispute notices may be sent to legal@limiletters.com.
